The following are the terms of use that govern the use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms Of Use and the xzpace® privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site.

xzpace® reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site.

  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.
  • Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  • All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be outlined on purchase invoices to all orders in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority guidelines.
  • You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
  •  Our raw materials are all derived from natural materials. This means that although the material you select will be the same, each piece may have different characteristics, grain patterns and markings. Some pieces may also have natural knots, surface etches, oxidation, mineral staining and natural line patterns. xzpace® cannot accept responsibility for any rejected orders based on the above.
  • The materials on our site such as the fabrics, are subject to availability. Whilst we have made sure they are readily available to use, there may be cases that are out of our hands where materials may not be available. In this instance, we will contact you via email straight away to let you know that materials are not available or may be subject to delay or suggest any alternatives.
  • If we are unable to process your order due to an error in pricing we will contact you straight away.
  • The Client is to ensure that the site is free of debris, air conditioned and a dust free environment prior to delivery of order. In the event that the site does not meet the requirements, xzpace® will not be held liable for any items lost or damaged during storage and/or transit.
  • Delivery to sites/ locations that are deemed not accessible by normal means, Client is responsible to find an alternative delivery method and will be subject to pay additional charges that may be applicable.
  • The Client hereby agrees that Storage Charges will be applicable if shipment cannot be delivered on arrival at port of destination.
