At XZPACE®, we take great care in delivering your furniture safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery processes, timelines, responsibilities, and associated charges for all orders placed on www.xzpace.com.

This policy forms part of the XZPACE® Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside the Returns & Cancellation Policy.


1. Delivery Coverage

1.1 UAE Deliveries
XZPACE® currently delivers across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Delivery to remote areas, gated communities, or locations requiring special access permits may require additional coordination and lead time.

1.3 International Shipping
International shipping is not currently offered through the Website. For international enquiries, please contact us directly at info@xzpace.com to discuss availability, logistics, and costs on a case-by-case basis.


2. Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines are estimates only. XZPACE® cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to the nature of handcrafted furniture production and logistics.

2.1 Ready-Made Products

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from order confirmation
  • Subject to stock availability and logistics scheduling

2.2 Custom / Made-to-Order Products

  • Production lead time: communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • Delivery is scheduled upon production completion
  • Total lead time (production + delivery) typically ranges from 10–21 days to 2–5 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and order volume

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by: material sourcing delays, production complexity, public holidays, force majeure events, or high order volumes. XZPACE® will communicate any significant delays as soon as they are identified. Customers are advised not to schedule installation works or make irreversible site preparations based solely on estimated delivery dates.


3. Delivery Charges

3.1 Standard Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, volume, and delivery location. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

3.2 Large or Bulky Items
Oversized furniture items, large upholstered pieces, or multi-item orders may incur higher delivery fees due to the need for specialist logistics, additional crew, or vehicle requirements.

3.3 Re-Delivery Charges
If a delivery attempt fails due to Customer unavailability, incorrect address, or inadequate site access, a re-delivery fee will apply. XZPACE® will contact the Customer to reschedule.

3.4 Remote Locations
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas may incur a surcharge. This will be communicated prior to dispatch.


4. Delivery Process

4.1 Scheduling
Once the product is ready for dispatch, XZPACE® or our logistics partner will contact the Customer to schedule a delivery date and time window.

4.2 Delivery Crew
XZPACE® delivers using trained in-house or partner logistics teams experienced in handling furniture. Standard delivery includes bringing items to the room of choice on ground floor or with elevator access.

4.3 Assembly & Installation
Basic assembly (where applicable) may be included with your delivery. Please confirm at the time of order whether assembly is required. XZPACE® does not perform structural building works or modifications.

4.4 Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, the Customer or an authorized representative must be present to receive and inspect the item. A delivery confirmation or signature may be required.

4.5 Unattended Deliveries
XZPACE® will not leave items unattended without prior written authorization from the Customer. XZPACE® accepts no liability for items left unattended with Customer consent.


5. Customer Site Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is prepared and accessible prior to the scheduled delivery date. This includes:

  • Accurate and complete delivery address provided at checkout
  • Sufficient clearance through doorways, corridors, stairwells, and lifts to accommodate the item dimensions
  • Adequate elevator capacity or stair access for large or heavy pieces
  • Any required building management approvals, gate passes, or permits obtained in advance
  • The delivery area is clear of obstructions and safe for crew to work
  • A responsible adult (18+) present at the time of delivery

XZPACE® shall not be liable for failed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries arising from inadequate site preparation, inaccessible locations, or the absence of an authorized recipient. Additional charges may apply in such cases.


6. Inspection at Delivery

6.1 Immediate Inspection
The Customer must inspect all items at the time of delivery before signing any delivery confirmation. Any visible damage, missing components, or concerns must be noted immediately.

6.2 Reporting Window
Any delivery-related damage or discrepancies must be reported to XZPACE® within 24–48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographs and a written description.

6.3 Post-Inspection Claims
Claims raised after the reporting window may not be accepted. Acceptance of delivery without noted concerns is treated as confirmation that the product was received in good condition.

For Manufacturing Defect claims, please refer to Section 4 of the Returns & Cancellation Policy and Section 1.7 of the Terms & Conditions.


7. Risk & Title

7.1 Transfer of Risk
Risk in the product passes to the Customer upon successful delivery and acceptance at the delivery address.

7.2 Transfer of Title
Legal title to the product passes to the Customer only upon full receipt of payment by XZPACE®.


8. Force Majeure & Delays

XZPACE® shall not be held liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, or flooding
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or logistics partner disruptions
  • Governmental restrictions, customs hold, or regulatory actions
  • Global supply chain disruptions or port congestion
  • Public holidays or national emergencies

In such events, XZPACE® will communicate updated timelines as promptly as possible and work to minimize disruption to the Customer.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
