That is why customization is an important part of xzpace®. All out products can be adapted in size, material, finish, upholstery and configuration to better suit the space they are made for.

xzpace® is rooted in Dubai and supported by local manufacturing and craftsmanship in the UAE.
We operate out of a 300,000 sqft factory in Ras al Khaimah. Keeping design and production close gives us greater control over how our furniture is developed, made and finished. It also allows us to respond more effectively to customization, project requirements and the practical realities of spaces in the UAE.
Our approach brings together traditional furniture-making knowledge with contemporary manufacturing methods. Materials are selected with consideration for appearance, performance and longevity, while construction is approached with the belief that what sits beneath the surface matters just as much as what you see.
The result is furniture designed not simply to photograph beautifully, but to be lived with.
Our Approach to Design: To Make with Intention and Personality
We are interested in furniture with personality.
Sometimes that comes from an unexpected proportion. Sometimes it is a curve, a material combination, a tactile fabric or a detail you only notice when you get closer.
But personality should never come at the expense of usability.
Our design process considers how a piece looks, how it feels, how it is made and how it will actually be used. We continually explore new materials, construction methods and technologies while retaining the human judgement and craftsmanship that give furniture its character.
It is a balance between creativity and practicality, between craftsmanship and technology.
And most importantly, between something beautiful today and something worth keeping tomorrow.
Our approach prioritizes durability, responsible material selection, locally sourced materials where appropriate, legally sourced timber and opportunities to reduce waste through efficient production and upcycled elements.
Local production also helps us shorten the distance between design, manufacturing and the final space.
We do not believe sustainability should exist as a separate idea from good design. Furniture that is thoughtfully made, useful, adaptable and built to last is inherently more valuable than furniture designed to be quickly replaced.

We can support projects with existing xzpace® products, customized variations, project-specific contract furniture and larger furniture packages depending on the requirements of the space.
